Unitised curtain wall offers clients significant benefits over site-fixed stick systems.
All manufacturing steps are completed under factory controlled conditions rather than at-height on site; cutting, assembly, gluing, glazing, sealing and gasketing are undertaken while curtain wall panels are horizontal on a production line under cover. Build quality is improved as QA/QC is much easier and more thorough.
The use of site labour is dramatically reduced, as is crane time.

SVI supplied the perforated and routed sun screen system to the UTS Sydney project, contained a complicated binary code pattern devised by the architect.
